My final President's Update.
I'll be honest, writing this one feels a little different. Not because the year is ending, but because of everything it's been.
Nearly 2 years ago, I put my hand up for this role with a genuine belief that EO had given me so much, it was time to give something back. What I didn't fully anticipate was just how much I'd receive in return.
The growth that comes from leading a community like this - the accountability, the discomfort, the joy, the pressure and the privilege of it - has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my entrepreneurial journey. I came in hoping to add value. I leave having grown in ways I didn't expect.
That's EO doing its thing.

A huge thank you to everyone who completed the GOAT Chapter Survey. With over 60% member participation, the response has been extraordinary - and the insights it's generated will be invaluable as the incoming board heads into their Strategy Summit this Friday to plan the year ahead.

I'm absolutely thrilled to hand (back) the reins to James Murray and Costa Vasili as Co-Presidents for FY26/27, along with their incredible incoming board.
These are brilliant people who care deeply about this community, and I genuinely cannot wait to see what they build. The chapter is in outstanding hands.

In a couple of weeks, we get to close the year the way it deserves - at a Masquerade Gala at the stunning 1Hotel at Docklands.
Masks on, champagne in hand, celebrating an extraordinary year with an extraordinary community.
