EO Melbourne Chapter News

July 2026

Hi ,

We are honoured to lead EO Melbourne this year as Co-Presidents.

Firstly, we want to acknowledge and thank our outgoing President, John Bevitt. Leading our chapter is a significant responsibility, and over the past 12 months John has led with integrity, care and commitment. On behalf of our members, thank you, John.

This is a special year for EO Melbourne, as we celebrate 30 years since our chapter was founded. We are all beneficiaries of the vision and foresight of the founding members who created this community three decades ago, and we look forward to marking this milestone in a meaningful way this year.

For the year ahead, we have chosen a simple theme:

Think Big. Be Bold.

This theme speaks to who we are as entrepreneurs. We build what others may struggle to see. We take risks, back ourselves and pursue ideas that often begin as nothing more than a dream.

This year, we want to challenge every member to reconnect with that spirit. To think bigger. To be bolder. To ask what might be possible if you backed your dream again.

For the board, this theme will guide how we lead. Our focus is on delivering bold learning opportunities, stronger forum experiences and a more connected chapter.

We are also excited for our chapter retreat in May 2027 at an undisclosed international location. Those who attended Bali in 2023 or Phuket in 2025 will know this is one not to be missed.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our chapter again. Thank you to our board, strategic alliance partners, chapter professionals and members for your continued support.

Here’s to a year where we Think Big. Be Bold.

Cheers,
