- Finance - We are at or ahead of budget at the end of Q1 and still planning on our biggest year ever. Plans for the chapter retreat are moving ahead at a pace.
- Membership - We have signed up an additional 10 new members and forum-trained them along with 2 new KEP members.
- Forum - We have been working towards placing the new members who were trained this month. We are likely to form one or two new forums so we will be trying to get that completed and all new members placed ASAP.
- Communications - We're working with our publicist to land stories that help promote EO across Australia.

🎉STAFF UPDATE: NEW EVENTS MANAGER -- EO Melbourne welcomes our new Events Manager, Deanna Cannon!
Deanna has been in the events industry for over 15 years, from selling and organising events to destinations all over Australia in picturesque locations. Her favourites range from hidden inner city gems to far-wide hidden cattle musters to our greatest wonder, the Great Barrier Reef in seaplanes.
We are sad to see our dear Olivia Poynton go, and as we bid her farewell and thank her for all she's done for the chapter, we support her and wish her all the best in her future undertakings. Moving forward, Deanna will be overseeing our events and you may reach out to her at events@eomelbourne.org or at 0431 241 282.

📢 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING -- In preparation for our AGM, we have recently sent a Notice of the AGM and other important documents to our members for review prior to the meeting. Kindly confirm your participation in our AGM by registering for the event.
Please note: If you cannot attend the AGM, download the proxy form (the last page of the Notice of AGM) and
submit it to Kirsten Yokoyama, EO Melbourne Chapter Manager at administrator@eomelbourne.org at least 24 hours before the meeting.
