Greetings and welcome to the June newsletter!
What a fantastic way to conclude another remarkable financial year at EO Melbourne! Our recent Firewalking event was a tremendous success, offering a unique and empowering experience for all participants. Additionally, the enlightening talk by Prof Justin Craig received widespread acclaim, leaving us all inspired and motivated.
As we look ahead, the excitement continues to build for our Annual Awards and Gala Dinner. This prestigious event will not only celebrate our achievements but also provide an exclusive private viewing of the "Pharaoh" exhibit—a rare treat not to be missed. Following this event, we will wrap up the year with an engaging session featuring Matthew Pollard, ensuring we end on a high note.
We proudly celebrate our achievement of becoming a Mega Chapter, now boasting 201 members. This milestone is a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of our entire community. Together, we have reached new heights and solidified our position as a leading chapter in the South Pacific. I also encourage everyone to review the EO Global Annual Report for FY2022/2023 and see the remarkable growth of EO worldwide over the past year.
As we prepare for the transition to a new leadership team, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone and best wishes to Costa Vasili and his incoming board for FY 2024-25. Their vision and commitment promise an exciting year ahead, filled with new opportunities and an even brighter future for our chapter. If you are interested in contributing to the chapter, we have vacancies in committee roles. Please reach out to Costa or Kirsten for more information.
Here is to your every success!
Warm regards,
