With the recent surge of the COVID-19 Omicron variant cases, the Chapter Board and Retreat Committee have decided after careful consideration that the most responsible thing for us to do is defer this year’s EO Melbourne Chapter Retreat to February 2023.
Unfortunately, due to the unfolding of Melbourne’s latest COVID-19 situation leaving us with forecasted peak cases, government restrictions and cases impacting our personal and business lives, we believe that the prudent action is to move this major event to a time when there will be more stability.
The primary purpose of the Chapter Retreat is to connect members and provide valuable experiences, and sadly, the current crisis is preventing us from delivering this event in the way the Retreat team has been planning.
We sincerely thank those who have already registered their interest to attend and we look forward to having everyone in February 2023.
