Together we grow: Renewing your EOA Participation for 2021/22

This past year has been like no other.

Our Accelerator participants join EOA to achieve transformational growth. Each year, we put careful thought into our program for the year ahead to ensure we are providing the most value back to the participant, opportunities to connect, learn and unlock potential.

COVID-19 changed everything.

Overnight, we had to pivot from our planned program and go 100% digital. We were not alone in this, organisations around the globe had to do the same, but given face-to-face events are often program highlights, we were initially concerned about what 2020/21 would hold for EOA.

COVID-19 also brought significant challenges for our Participants, emotionally and in many cases, financially. We had to ensure that we were doing all we could to support those who needed it.

Despite the pandemic and the turmoil it brought with it, what we have seen within EO Accelerator over the past 12 months has been nothing short of inspiring. Some participants lost their businesses, others lost loved ones – but our organisation adapted, and our Participants shared experiences, had real conversations and we saw more connections forged than ever before.

We have heard hundreds of stories from 2020/21 that demonstrate the strength, resilience and creativity of our participants – from gathering insights from other parts of the global network to get on the front foot with tackling the pandemic, to tapping into networks to access new thinking and gain a competitive edge.

One thing is for sure: together we grow.

Although some of our regions are still facing restrictions related to COVID, broadly speaking, we have a much clearer picture of what will be possible for the Participant experience for 2021/22.

We are entering this next year with hope in our hearts – for more connections, continued learning and growth, and that we will once again be able to bring our fantastic organisation together, in person.

What are the FY 2021/22 Accelerator Fees?

Prior to COVID-19, our Accelerator Fee was $4,500 plus GST. Last year, we reduced the fee by 25% to $3,375 plus GST and offered payment flexibility to support Accelerators in recognition of the difficulty COVID-19 had on our businesses, families, lives and communities.

This year, the Renewal Accelerator Fee has been set at $4,200 plus GST. Global dues payable of USD$1,500 will be covered out of this Fee and the $300 discount on the Renewal Fee reflects the USD$230 Global Dues discount being offered to renewing Accelerators.

There will be no re-qualification requirements for FY 2021/22 for re-joining and no payment plan will be offered this year with fees payable by 30 June 2021. However, the Chapter board is open to discussions if you have difficulties or concerns on this matter.

Although we do not have re-qualification requirements for FY 2021/22 for renewing participants, we still request to submit turnover and number of employees, so that we have up-to-date data and can track how our participants' businesses are progressing since last year. For new Accelerators joining from 1 July 2021, the Participant Fee will remain at $4,500 plus GST and a Joining Fee of $1,500 plus GST.
