Welcome back from the summer break and welcome to the second half of the year!
The events are coming thick and fast as we prepare for an exciting half of the year with six (6) learning events planned for the next few weeks, and most events not yet fully subscribed. For those members who can attend an event or two and connect with other members, it's a great way to get back into EO at the start of the
year!
In particular, I want to mention the Member Connect Dinners on 23 February. If you have not been to one of these, they are a real chance to connect with 9 other members in a personal setting at 5 different venues across South Yarra. There are currently no spots available but get on the waitlist as there may be movement a couple of days out.
Also, we are excited to host our Family Day on 13 March, with 150 registrations, so far! This will be a great opportunity for your whole family to connect with our amazing community. If you are not
yet registered or on the waitlist put your name down.
The board of directors will conduct our half-year strategy summit in the first week of February and learn advanced leadership skills from our SAP partner, The Coaching Room. It will be a chance for the outgoing board and the incoming board to work together for the first time. This coming year, we will be responsible for creating EO Melbourne’s strategic plan for the next three years, therefore, these opportunities to collaborate are invaluable and exciting for all those involved!
